These are only screams only we can hear;
Voices of a hundred tormented verses.
Weather changes, tempest do rage,
Vast civilizations madden in our minds.
Their insanity bleeds in abundance,
Overflows our vessels edge,
Drenching pages with inchoate voices.
We claim holy nexus between us,
Entangled frequencies of our silence;
Strum on a fret like white noise.
We shudder within their resonance,
At night beneath shuttered eyelids.
In the second darkness’ dawn,
We encounter visitations of muted images.
Synapse by synapse they flash out,
Our union’s ritual begun.
